Our History

Yield Investing was created by Nathan Smith and Frank Cartwright who combined their previous real estate experience with the idea of connecting high quality U.K based investments with a wide range of national and international investors. Both coming from Leeds, England they decided to form Yield Investing to bring the well-known lower costing/high returning northern U.K. property market forward to investors from all over the world.

As the name suggest the focus of the business is to help clients increase the income/yield made from their investments by offering a slightly different model to that which is more commonly found on market.

A focus on social housing, primary/secondary locations and well renowned developers combined with the local market knowledge allows them to effectively offer clients real estate opportunities with obvious benefits to their portfolio’s.
